Detailed tables of coaches trained since 2002

Since its creation, across all programs, PAISAC has trained more than 500 coaches, over 20% of whom are women, from 56 countries and 30 different Olympic sports

Summary table of PAISAC center training sessions since 2002

Every coach who has completed the classical PAISAC training program has the opportunity to take the advanced training course, supplemented by the trainer training course*. We have summarized all of these sessions since 2002 in the table below.

* It is important to note that PAISAC trainer trainers are only trained to deliver the LTAD (Long-Term Athlete Development) content, which is exclusive to PAISAC.

In accordance with our general policy, no PAISAC trainer is authorized to use NCCP content to deliver training—only trainers duly accredited by the CAC are authorized to deliver NCCP content.

However, some of our students who hold a doctorate in a specific field are authorized to deliver other training modules directly related to their specialization. A list of the names of these specialist trainers is available on our “trainers of trainers” page, along with the title of the specific course they are able to deliver.

Each coach who has completed the PAISAC classical training has the opportunity to follow advanced training, complemented by the training of trainers. The selection for this second online course is made by the PAISAC center, which is based on three major criteria:

• Successful completion of all compulsory classical courses (PNCE level 1 to 3)

• Leadership demonstrated by the coach during classical training and once back in his country.

• Application of the content received during the classical training by the coach once back in his country.

Trainers of certified trainers in Paisac

In order to be recognized as a PAISAC CERTIFIED Trainer, the coach must have successfully completed the advanced training and then given a seminar in his country supervised by one of the Canadian trainers or PAISAC certified trainers. Depending on the studies and the level of experience of the coaches, certification can be done in Montreal at the end of the advanced training.
